FLEXICON
The FlexiCon series printing presses are configured for a variety of applications, including self-adhesive labels, wrap labels, shrink sleeves, lids, tags and tickets, IML, lamitube, wet-glue labels, and multi-layer labels. Each printing unit in the FlexiCon series utilizes two independent servo motors, ensuring precise material tension control and perfect printing registration. The design includes Hontec’s idler impression roller and separate chilling roller to mitigate cleaning issues caused by ink residue. The quick-change roller accommodates different material thicknesses.
